Mt St Helens Model

Check out this model of Mount Saint Helens that we received at the Price Science Commons from the UO Earth Sciences Department and faculty member, Ray Weldon.  For all of the 3D modeling that we do, it is cool to see a true physical model instead of one our virtual models.  This one is 15 x 80 x 100 cm in size.  Visitors to the PSC can see this model up close and see the destruction that the volcano created as its northern flank blew out, overwhelming Spirit Lake.
