PSC Update – April 29, 2016

A lot of progress has been made outside and intside! Outside, the new bike racks on the plaza have been painted. Waterproofing is being applied on the exterior walls prior to brick installation.

The man-machine hoist was removed from the courtyard on Saturday. In its place scaffolding has been installed as part of the prep work for the west-facing, two-story window.

The last trench drain was installed in the plaza on Tuesday which means we’re coming down the home stretch in terms of pouring new concrete for the plaza. The concrete for the planters on the east side of the building are being poured this week and prep work has begun for the “amoeba”-shaped planters on the west side of the plaza.
