The good news this week is that phase III is ahead of schedule! We should be able to move into the new space just after finals in June (instead of the end of July).  Next week a sub-contractor will begin excavating the courtyard. When it’s finished, our new courtyard will have Wi-Fi and cell-phone reception, beautiful native-to-Oregon plants, and a space for tables and chairs so students can study outside when the weather is nice. The social commons is also taking shape. Part of the concrete flooring was poured last week and the infrastructure for radiant flooring in the other half of the space is going in this week.
