Shiloh graduated with a PhD in 2021. She worked with Dr. Amy Lobben. Her primary research interests centered around conducting spatial data science for social equity. Her focus was on creating a personalized accessible map routing application. She holds master’s degrees in Sociology and Geography and previously worked as a researcher for the Paul Simon Public Policy Institute in Illinois.
