On tours of the Ninkasi Brewing Company facilities, groups are taken on a journey that illustrates everything it takes to be the fourth largest brewery in Oregon.

Brewery Experience Coordinator, Mat Olive, 33, presents the packaging process of the Ninkasi Brewing Company. After filling both bottles and kegs, the beer is prepared on palettes to be distributed.
As a Brewery Experience Coordinator, Mat Olive, 33, is a knowledgeable beer enthusiast and offers informed, guided tours of the Ninkasi Brewing Company. These tours display an inside journey through every aspect that makes up Ninkasi, the fourth largest brewery in Oregon.
Preparing cases for distributors scattered across the Pacific Northwest and Canada, Ninkasi Brewing Company employee, Zach Stevens, 30, begins to seal the cases to be ready for customers.
On this climbing wall in the administration building of the Ninkasi Brewing Company, Mat Olive, 33, stated, “I joke about how it keeps the beer-bellies at bay, but it’s one of the fringe benefits that helps retain people longer in an industry with very high turnover. People are what makes Ninkasi work and so they come first.” Along with this climbing wall, amenities like yoga classes and on-site massages are offered to the staff, showing the care the company has for its employees.
Emilie Hartvig, the National Donations Manager for Beer is Love, receives donations for Warrior Sisters: Women Training Women, a self-defense non-profit organization in Eugene. Beer is Love is a program of Ninkasi Brewing that donates to local and national non-profits that support women, equality, recreation, environment, and arts and music.
