Why would a faculty member contact the ASU?

Faculty engage with the ASU primarily by seeking guidance on institutional and departmental policies, ensuring compliance with spending and resource access processes, and receiving support for academic-related policies and procedures.

Why would a graduate student/graduate employee contact the ASU?

Graduate Students and Graduate Employees (GE) interact with ASU3 Graduate Support Staff, who serve as the primary administrative resource for questions about policies, procedures, and paperwork. They offer guidance on navigating requirements for degree completion and support Graduate Employees (GE) with payroll, hiring documents, and resource access, all while adhering to relevant guidelines and agreements.

Why would an undergraduate student contact the ASU?

ASU3 academic staff are your primary resource for administrative support, registration, authorizations, pre-advising and more. With their specialized expertise and applied knowledge of our various departments and programs, ASU3 staff can connect students to helpful resources to support their needs. Additionally, ASU3 staff assist student organizations in event planning, provide guidance on UO policy, and promote content to our student body.
