Paul and the Superapostles

The superapostles were from a Jewish heritage that claimed to be apostles of Christ. They claim to be ministers of Christ and that Christ worked and spoke through them. In actuality, the superapostles were imposters who were spreading the wrong message. The superapostles were disrespectful and did not like Paul. Their view of Paul was negative. “His letters are weighty and strong, but his bodily presence is weak, and his speech contemptible”(2 Corinthians 10:10). The superapostles deny the suffering and death of Christ. They are coming from very different points of view in comparison to Paul. “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is made perfect in weakness”( 2 Corinthians 12:9). I think that this paradox is referring to Paul’s hardships. Even though Paul was humiliated and has to go through hardships, God will save him. Even in the roughest patches, God will support and show his grace through it all. Although it may seem hopeless at the moment, God wants Paul to trust in him and continue to follow him.
