2025-2026 Executive Team
President – Stella Rabb
Stella joined the UOREIG in Fall 2023, joining the moment she arrived on campus as a freshman. She is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with double concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. This summer, Stella plans to shadow a variety of professionals in the real estate industry while diving into research on real estate tech. In her free time, she enjoys listening to audiobooks and spending time with friends and family. As President, Stella’s goals for the upcoming year center on continuing the momentum of growth and opportunity for UOREIG members.
Director of Development – Jackson Seubert
Jackson joined the UOREIG in the Fall of 2023. He is pursuing a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. This summer, Jackson will be interning at Aquila Commercial Partners, a full-service brokerage and real estate development firm based in Austin, Texas. Outside of school, he works as a commercial real estate broker in Eugene and enjoys running, cooking, and playing tennis. Jackson hopes to expand the case study competition program and create more hands-on opportunities for Tier 2 members to gain practical experience.
Director of Finance – Grace Mueller
Grace joined the UOREIG in the Fall of 2024. She is pursuing a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. This summer, Grace will be working on the Acquisitions Team at SKB in Portland, Oregon. In her free time, Grace enjoys trail running, skiing with friends and family, cooking, and hiking. Grace hopes to support financial initiatives to increase growth opportunities for students.
Director of Operations – Colton Daly
Colton joined the UOREIG in the Fall of 2022 as a freshman. He is pursuing a BS in Business Administration. This summer, Colton will be working at The Standard in Portland as a Mortgage Loan Analyst intern. In his free time, Colton enjoys , watching basketball, and playing golf with friends. As Director of Operations, he is focused on enhancing internal processes and supporting members in building a strong foundation of real estate knowledge.
Director of Engagement – Michael McCondochie

Michael joined the UOREIG in the Fall of 2023 and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. This summer, he will continue his role as Director of Outdoor Operations at Mount Tom House while also exploring new networking opportunities with local real estate investors and developers. In his free time, Michael enjoys running with friends, traveling, camping, and just about anything else outdoors. As Director of Engagement, he hopes to grow UOREIG’s presence on campus and create more opportunities for students to connect and explore their interest in real estate.
