Thank you for sharing this incredible vedio. After watching this vedio, I realized that I cannot just set ambitious plans to improve my leadership skill with out the ability to execute them. I understood the reason why my plans resulted in performances that are unstisfactory. Leadership is not about being the top of a company or a group, instead, it can be discovered in our daily life. I should make some reachable plans and pay attention to my little achievement. Do not be panic if I cannot reach the ambitious plan. I need to develop my skill step by step. Thanks again. This vedio changed my mind. 🙂
