It’s a great resource to get regular, real live examples and tips on leadership from the authors and industry leaders. It’s also confirmation that what you are learning in school maps to what actual business leaders are working on themselves. For example, this post gives a nod to Tom Johnson, who was recently promoted to CEO of Aeropostale, and discusses his own work with the 5 Practices of Leadership.
