    We explored Emotional Intelligence with a group of graduate student studying Theatre for Youth at Arizona State University, under the mentorship of Professor Johnny Saldana – looking at how emotional intelligence can be addressed and learned through drama.     a really good article, i haven’t thought of emotional intelligence to be this much important in business, but what i didn’t understand is when the journalist asked him what does he require for a job candidate, and Richard said that he will ask him few questions about his parents education, and their history.

    what would that do with the job candidate, i mean not everyone from a rich family would be successful, and not everyone from a poor family wouldn’t be.
