Organically based foods are healthier and better for our bodies, there is no denying that. However, what startles many people when they first go to buy organically based foods from their local large chain supermarket is the staggering prices. This is an issue to both the health and pockets of people that wish to live an organic lifestyle. The question then becomes why are organic based foods more expensive than conventionally based foods? This is a question that can be answered in multiple different ways and can’t be boiled down to just one answer. Despite the many different answers, there still exist some sort of solution to this issue in which people who want to live an organic lifestyle can do so in a way that wouldn’t harm their pocketbook.
