Our Staff

Although all of our staffers and volunteers are key components to our campaign’s mission, these individuals are responsible for the overall direction, success and planning of the Oregon School Funding Group’s campaign! Take a look at their roles in the campaign as well as a look into the lives of the college peers, whose passion for better education created this PAC!

Hayden Fancher- Campaign Manager

The campaign manager is responsible for monitoring all aspects of the campaign and keeping the big picture in mind when it comes to planning for the future. Hayden works hard with the rest of our staff to keep us on track for a brighter future in Oregon education!

Ashley Barbian – Outreach Coordinator

 

The outreach coordinator is responsible for seeking out potential supporters whose views are in line with that of the campaign’s. Ashley analyzes data to determine the most effective way of reaching out to people such as yourself to help increase awareness of our mission in improving the quality of the K-12 education quality in Oregon!

Christian Tait – Scheduler

The scheduler is responsible to accepting and acting on all invitations, seeking out potential events and putting together the campaigns schedule on the road for the whole campaign in Oregon. Christian makes sure that the campaign staff is briefed about each of the events and is given proper directions, contact information, and collects briefing information from the other team members on each event. The scheduler also ensures that campaigns call-time and voter contact time remains the top priority, and that venues are prepared for speeches, rallies, and fundraisers.
