Diverse perspectives are fundamental to the success of science, yet equity has not been achieved. The mission of our organization is to enrich science by promoting inclusion of underrepresented gender identities in neuroscience. We are redefining the scientific community to be one in which all people, regardless of gender, are empowered to pursue genuine self-expression, scientific endeavors, and career advancement. Our group builds community, fosters self-education and institutional reform, and promotes advocacy for all in neuroscience to achieve this goal.
