Maddie was born and raised in Mountain View, California. She moved to Eugene in 2016 to attend the University of Oregon. Through a Family and Human Services course, she was introduced to 90by30 and worked as a student program assistant her senior year.

Since graduating from the University of Oregon, Maddie has continued her work with 90by30 and works at Jasper Mountain Treatment Center. She will begin law school in Fall 2021 and hopes to pursue Child and Family Law.

Maddie volunteered with the University of Oregon Duck Corps team throughout her undergraduate years. She has had the privilege to work with various organizations throughout Lane County, including FOOD for Lane County, Parenting Now, and CASA of Lane County. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her dog, Beau.
