Caroline Sachi Madigan (they/them) is the co-chair and a co-founder of the Eugene regional leadership team, involved with 90by30 since 2014. Over twenty-five years living in Eugene, Caroline has worked in prevention and response to intimate partner violence, sexual assault, stalking, and child abuse in various capacities. 

Passionate about intersectionality and social justice, Caroline brings the perspective of a queer, disabled, long-time survivor of the mental health system to the team’s work. When not working, writing, or reading, Caroline loves being outside, learning from and playing with their 9 year old stepson.
