Meet the Playwrights!

Cora Rowe (On the Street Where We Used to Live) hails from Fort Wayne, Indiana. She received her MFA in Fiction from the University of Oregon where she received the Richard and Juliette Logsdon Award for Creative Writing. Her work has been published in Creative Loafing and is forthcoming in Bellevue Literary Review. She is a first year English PhD candidate at Georgia State University and lives in Atlanta with her husband.

Sravya Tadepalli (The Fruit Stand) is a sophomore at the University of Oregon majoring in political science. Past theater credits include Jihane in “Scorched” at the University Theater, the Narrator in “A Christmas Carol” at Crescent Valley High School, Hanna in “A Shayna Maidel” at the Corvallis Majestic Theater, and the Fiddler in “Fiddler on the Roof” at Corvallis High School. She was also a semifinalist at the 2015 OSAA State Championship in dramatic interpretation. Besides theater, Sravya enjoys debate and reading about public policy. In 2015, she placed 2nd at the USA World Schools Debate Invitational as a member of the South Oregon contingent and is now a member of the University of Oregon debate team. She is also  vice-president of the UO Alexander Hamilton Society, which hosts foreign policy debates and discussions for the university community.
