Position Details:
- focuses on delivering high quality teaching, research, and service in the area of Interaction Design.
- securing and managing major external grants
- collaborating across diverse domains and locating complex research problems within design scoped projects
- identify strategies for further developing his or her research platform
within the School of Design’s strategic research areas.
Position Requirements:
- significant experience in industry-relevant design research and practice
- expertise in game and app design, human-computer interaction, user experience design, design research, interactive prototyping and physical computing
- experience in computer programming, data visualization or specialized HCI technology (like gaze or motion tracking), is beneficial
- be able to demonstrate an existing research program
- candidates with a PhD in a relevant field and an established research platform will be given preference.
