Location:  Erb Memorial Union (EMU) Ballroom.  Graduates need to RSVP if they are to participate. See below.

 

University of Oregon Commencement Ceremony 2025

Monday, June 16, 2025 at 9:00am to 11:30am

Location: Autzen Stadium. No tickets required. The Commencement Office asks that qualifying graduates RSVP and include anticipated number of guests that will be attending their ceremony.

1. Student Regalia

You may purchase graduation regalia and accessories Online or at the Duck Store GRAD FAIR (April 7th-9th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm) taking place at the flagship store 13th/Kincaid, or via their online store. If you order your graduation gear before the end of the grad fair (either in person or online) you will get a gift card.

2. Apply for your degree

Please apply for your degree on Duck Web before April 27, 2025.  Make sure to apply for the term in which you will be completely done with your coursework (if you are taking your last few classes in the summer, apply for summer term, if you plan to take classes in the fall, apply for fall term). Regardless of which term you are applying for (spring, summer, or fall) please apply for your degree by April 27th if you would like to participate in commencement.

3. RSVP for the University Ceremony (Monday, June 16, 2025 at 9:00am to 11:30am)

RSVP for main ceremony can be found on the UO Commencement website.

4. RSVP for the Neuroscience Ceremony (Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 8:00pm to 9:30am)

RSVP by filling out the Neuroscience Program Commencement Registration Form (NEUR RSVP). Please RSVP before May 5th to ensure that your name is added to the program. Fall 2024 and Winter 2025 graduates, and Spring, Summer, and Fall 2025 degree candidates are invited to participate!
