Natascha Reich studied organ and harpsichord in Austria and in the Netherlands, and graduated in 2006 with a masters diploma from the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, Austria. Her teachers were Rudolf Scholz, Martin Haselböck, Theo Jellema and Johan Hofmann. Since 1999, Natascha has given solo performances in most parts of Europe, in Asia, and in the Americas, at venues like Edinburgh Cathedral, Moscow Cathedral, St.John’s College Chapel Cambridge, Princeton University Chapel, Anglican Cathedral Seoul, and many others. Natascha’s fields of interest are historical performance practice and the intersection of science and music. She is currently enrolled in the University of Oregon’s PhD program for musicology, planning to focus her research on historical instrument building.
