Kelcie Laube is a 19-year-old from Elmira, Oregon who loves dancing. Although she has Cerebral Palsy, she does not in any way let it define her or limit her from achieving her goals. For Laube, dancing is one way to counter the misconceptions that people have people who have a disability.
