I took some photographs of the owner and workers at Whirled Pies Pizzeria. I got to see the ins and outs of how pizza is made.

Laurel Bui is the owner of Whirled Pies Pizzeria in Eugene. Whirled Pies had its grand opening in 2011 and has been growing ever since.
Laurel Bui is talking to her employees. Apart of Laurel’s job is to inform her workers on what food is fresh or expired.
Laurel is one of the only that knows how to whirl a pizza so high. The trick is rolling out the dough first and having five years of experience.
Laurel Bui is making a large pizza for a Eugene resident. Laurel stricly buys all of her meat, cheese, and produce locally.
Laurel Bui helps a customer decide on what pizza to order. Laurel always suggests her favorite pizza, “Willameat,” because it has all local meat products compiled onto one pizza.
