I had the opportunity to interview Cat Perkins-Auch who works as a mechanic for the Bike Program.  She is fairly new but already has the role of a mentor for other mechanics.  Her goal within the Bike Program is to continue its growth and diversity.  Cat is passionate about equality and wants the bike shop to be open to all and a place where everyone is comfortable.
