On February 12th, 2017 the city of Eugene held the 36th Annual Truffle Shuffle at Alton Baker Park in Eugene, Oregon.  All proceeds from the fun run were donated to St. Vincent DePaul’s veteran assistance programs.

Participants in the 36th annual Truffle Shuffle run through Alton Baker Park on Sunday February 12, 2017 in Eugene, Oregon. The Truffle Shuffle is donating proceeds from the run to Saint Vincent De Paul’s veteran outreach program.

 

Russell Moncrief, a 31 year old Army veteran, is a member of Team Red White and Blue’s Eugene Chapter, a veteran group participating in the 36th annual Truffle Shuffle Run. The money raised by Team RWB will go to programs supporting veterans in the Eugene area.

 

Members of Team Red White and Blue carry the American flag as they lead the 4-mile run grouping of the 36th annual Truffle Shuffle at Alton Baker Park. Proceeds will go towards veteran outreach programs in the local community.

 

Participants are encouraged to leave messages to veterans in the local community at the 36th annual Truffle Shuffle at Alton Baker Park. Money raised by the event will go to Saint Vincent De Paul’s veteran outreach program, which helps struggling veterans in the local community.
