I am an advertising major at the University of Oregon SOJC. I am also minoring in business. After I graduate I plan to get a Masters in Business. I would like to create my own company and/or work for a large company to gain experience.

I choose this issue because I own an emotional support animal and the downtown Eugene dog ordinance #20577 prevents me from walking my dog downtown. I also wondered what the homeless population in Eugene thought of the ban.

I wanted to challenge myself to interview subjects I was not comfortable with; For example, I interviewed a professional such as Councilor Semple, a few strangers, and homeless people. I am comfortable interviewing peers and learned to step out of my comfort zone to complete this project.
