The Instructional Technology Referral Office (InTRO), in partnership with Academic Extension and the UO Libraries, invites you to an EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative webinar, followed by a discussion, the mornings of October 28 and 29. Join us to discuss the design and outfitting of 21st-century learning spaces! A light breakfast and lunch will be provided both days. The sessions include a number of presenters and audience participation activities, exploring the following themes:
- Determining the effectiveness and impact of new model learning spaces on student learning, engagement, and effective instruction
- Exploring how innovative space designs can facilitate and support new learning approaches, such as the flipped classroom
- Reviewing faculty development programs that support optimal use of learning space through the application of active or collaborative pedagogies
- Understanding classroom technologies that support or enhance teaching and learning in model learning spaces
You can view the full agenda online. While we’d love to see you there for both days, you can join us as your schedule permits.
