Here’s what the InTRO team got up to in September!
In mid-September the InTRO team joined a number of UO technology service providers for a day trip to Corvallis. We toured the brand-new business school building, talked about LMS migration, and had a lovely McMenamin’s lunch.
We were particularly impressed with the innovative learning spaces that will be a part of OSU’s next completed building, currently called the Classroom Building. See more of the designs here.
As new Officers of Administration here at UO, we attended Orientation in the last week of September. It has already paid off in terms of new contacts, multiple referrals, and additional resources with which we can help faculty!
In addition to hearing from many speakers, we made direct contact with approximately twenty new faculty and staff.
In September we also got the first iteration of our website up and running, prepared to host campus staff and faculty at an upcoming webinar viewing, conducted comparator research, and began four new referral projects. We generated marketing material, coordinated with more of our stakeholders, and managed to start getting the word out about our office and services!
If we can help you get access to the instructional technology resources and services you need here at UO, do not hesitate to drop by 147A Knight Library, use our website’s live chat feature, e-mail intro@uoregon.edu, or phone us at x6-9126.
Happy new school year! We look forward to seeing you around the O!
Thank you so much for this information. If you have news about sports predictions I will be grateful to share them. Blessings.
