Welcome to the first InTRO monthly report!
Accomplishments
We accomplished quite a bit as an office in our first month. In addition to getting our physical office and basic communication methods (phone, e-mail, etc) established, we got coordinated with both the library and Academic Extension, drafted our mission statement and goal language, decided upon quarterly benchmarks for the first year, set up our blog and Twitter presences, and completed two referral consultations.
Our staff have also set up individual presences on UO Blogs: Greg, Lindsey
In Development
We also began a number of larger projects this month, including an inventory of services, providers, and communications processes, research into the efforts of comparator institutions, initial web site design and content development, and the implementation of live chat and ticketing systems.
