Harrison Klaiss

Harrison Klaiss (He/Him)is a third year undergraduate student at the University of Oregon majoring in English and Minoring in Creative Writing and Psychology. He is an editor for the Unbound Journal, a student-run literary arts journal, as well as a proud cat dad to a British Shorthair named Margaret Catwood. When he is not deep in a book or working on a piece of writing, you can find him at local Eugene comedy shows, playing music with friends, or ranting about New Jersey and the effect of the West Coast’s water on the taste of bread

Undergraduate Student, Art & Technology
Green Johnson (He/They) is a first year undergraduate at the University of Oregon and a new storyteller for Intertwined. Majoring in Art and Technology, their dream is to combine entertainment, education, and activism through digital and physical creation. Green aims to use the storytelling platform to share his personal experience with autism. Autistic people are often portrayed in the media by secondary sources, whether it be the parent to an autistic child or a writer looking for a joke. Green wants to help change the image of autism in the minds of non-autistic people. In his free time, he likes to write, draw, and watch cartoons!
Olivia Wilkinson
Undergraduate Student, History & Folklore
Olivia Wilkinson (she/her) is an undergraduate senior at University of Oregon studying history and folklore. She plans to get a master’s degree in library science and going on to become an archivist after completing her BA. She is also involved with Unbound Journal as the creative director, is a member of the history department’s undergraduate advisory committee, and is a TRIO peer mentor. In her free time, she loves to create art, play video games, and talk to her cats.
Sabrina Schimscheimer
Undergraduate Student, Economics
Sabrina Schimscheimer (she/they) is a third year undergraduate economics student at the University of Oregon minoring in sustainable business and comparative literature who enjoys exploring the world around them and though they don’t know where the future will take them, she is excited to find out. They were recently elected as the President of Econ Club as well as works as a tutor in math and economics for student athletes. In her spare time, Sabrina can be found with working with plants or being in the great outdoors, but you can definitely always catch them watching a great movie classic or watercoloring on a chill night in.
Steve Mital
Director, Office of Sustainability
Steve Mital (he/him) is the University of Oregon’s Sustainability Director and an expert on PNW energy policy. He is responsible for the UO’s emissions reduction plan and helping faculty, staff, and students engage with challenging social and environmental sustainability issues. When not as his desk, Steve loves skiing, rafting, sailing, and biking – especially with his wife and kids.
Kai Schrosk
Undergraduate Student, Journalism & Anthropology
Kai Schrosk (he/him) is a first year student at the University of Oregon. He is majoring in Journalism and Anthropology, with a focus on Science Communication. Kai is passionate about creating media that addresses environmental issues and helps people connect to the story of our planet. He hopes to explore both audio and video productions. Kai has loved writing, telling, and listening to stories since he was a little kid. When he is not doing homework, Kai relaxes by reading in his hammock, walking in the woods, and wandering around the Saturday market trying not to spend too much money.
Rory Godek
Student Director; Undergraduate Student, Sociology & Global Studies
Rory Godek is a second year undergraduate student at University of Oregon majoring in Sociology and Global Studies with big dreams for her future career in addressing mental health inequities. They are involved with Rehearsals for Life and are working closely with Abigail Leeder to organize this year’s Intertwined event as the Student Director. In her free time, you can find Rory adventuring outside; whether it be rock climbing, hiking, exploring downtown, or sunbathing on the minimal sunny Oregon days.
