Opportunity Village is exactly what it sounds like. It creates a living opportunity for those who cannot afford to live in a normal house or apartment. It is a village of tiny little houses or “back yard bungalows” that can house individuals or couples. There are rules to be followed but it is an important step towards making shelter a more realistic goal for everyone.
