Pedal on down to Downtown Springfield to enjoy the finest local food & brews, hands on culinary workshops and foot stomping music, all under the full moon’s gaze! It’s Sprout!’s 1st Anniversary and the Farmer’s Market will be bumping to the “beet” of the fall harvest!

Free culinary workshops, food cart pod, beer garden, and our farmer’s market all break soil for a pedal power concert in the evening!

3-8pm: CULINARY WORKSHOPS
Join us during the farmers’ market for a free scrumptious menu of interactive workshops including:

-Marche’s Chef Crystal on preparations of seasonal fish
-Noisette Pastry Kitchen’s Chef Toby on s’mores from scratch
-Red Wagon Creamery’s Chef Emily on homemade soda & floats
-Falling Sky’s Chef Emily on singing winter vegetables
-Koffee Rite’s Ash & Joe on coffee and oxygen
-Yaakov Levine, NTP, on nutrition foundations
-Brandywine Fisheries’ Bill Whitlock on butchering salmon and rockfish

8pm: PEDAL POWER CONCERT
– Featuring Goshwood and The Shed Shakers
-$2-10 sliding scale admissions to support the programs of Sprout!

3pm – 10pm: BEER GARDEN
-Agrarian Ales and Plank Town Brewing Company will feature their local microbrews
