OFN encourages faculty and staff to contact OFN about research project ideas, programs, projects, collaborative teaching or services that focus on Oregon’s folk and traditional arts, communities, tradition keepers, heritage, k-12 or lifelong education, cultural heritage tourism, or any of the range of folklore genres (e.g., performance, material culture, foodways, built environment, occupational lore, etc.) or folk groups (First Nations, new refugees, occupational groups, etc.).
