The piece of art I chose is a painting that I saw in one of the art galleries when we went on our field trip this past Friday, and I must start off by saying that this photo of the artwork does not do it justice. It is most beautiful when you are standing directly in front of it. This piece is called “Clare-Professional, Women’s Portrait Project” by local Eugene artist, Bets Cole. What drew me to this painting was the medium she used and how she used this acrylic paint in a unique way. I loved that she wasn’t perfect with her brushstrokes, but rather messy. Her main choice of medium was acrylic, but if you look closer, you can see charcoal was used to mostly outline the figure. I think these two mediums worked and blended together really beautifully. However, I think the most important thing about the piece is the spirit of this woman she captured. When looking at this, you almost feel like you know this woman. This style of painting (messy brushstrokes, unfinished lines) is something I have seen before and I am always drawn to it.

You mention some good observations about the piece that you could only see by looking at the original work, especially those faint charcoal lines. And it is pretty rare to see acrylic paint used in this sketchy way. It is hard for most artists to be so sparse in their mark-making, especially when trying to portray an individual. Glad you found this great work on the Art Walk.
I guess it quite obvious that it is all purposing to imparting useful academic or educational knowledge to on campus people or students and it honestly great way to learn broadcast skills like cipd assignment help and other operations related to that additionally students work on their recording stuff.
