Field Study Signup Thank you for your willingness to help support the Oregon educator and human services pipeline. Regular Site Signup Process: We will advertise details of each host site throughout the year on our field study canvas site and on SignUpGenius. Students typically make their selection based on site interest, location, hours, and availability. Students will start signing up on SignUpGenius during the regular UO term registration process (Winter Nov, Spring Feb, Fall April). Notifications: Once a student has signed up to be placed with you, you will receive an email notification with the student(s) name and contact information. Students will then receive your contact name and email information and instructed to send an introductory email to you with their resume. In that email they should initiate setting up a next step conversation or first meeting. Students also prompted to initiate all district and agency clearance and on-boarding processes.
