* EPP Field Services

Dear Educators,

At the University of Oregon, we are proud to partner with dedicated school professionals like you to shape the future of education. Your mentorship plays a vital role in preparing the next generation of teachers.

Field experience is a cornerstone of teacher preparation. It provides candidates the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals while engaging with the academic, social, and emotional needs of students. These hands-on experiences in your classrooms are truly invaluable.

We deeply appreciate the time, care, and professional insight you bring as Cooperating Professionals. You are not just mentors—you are essential members of our instructional team.

The Assessment, Licensure, and Field Services Office in the College of Education coordinates these efforts as part of our Educator Preparation Program (EPP). We support licensure programs, teacher candidates, and our school partnerships.

This website is here to help you connect with mentoring opportunities, access resources for cooperating teachers, and explore ways to support early teacher pathways.

Thank you for your partnership — and for the incredible work you do every day.
