About Me

I am from Houston, Texas, and I have lived in Oregon for almost three years. I am a Marine Corps vet, served in Iraq, and have been to several other countries during my four years of service. I am currently in the SOJC program at the University of Oregon. My major is Journalism and I plan on using this degree to become a sports journalist. I have decided on a topic for this term in Gateway. My topic will focus on Veterans and how they transition to life.
