This club is designed to bring together U of O students, staff, faculty members, alumni, and anyone else affiliated with the U of O community, who are interested in ham radio as a means of emergency communication or just for fun, bringing community together or making communications internationally.

We meet approximately twice a month and will update this website with activities and events. Generally, we meet on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm.

We attended SEA-PAC — also known as “The Northwest’s Largest Ham Convention”
and the ARRL Northwestern Division Convention. We had 4 members in attendance and had a great time learning about ham radio and its role in education, and we represented the Collegiate Amateur Radio Program at their table, alongside our colleagues from Portland State University and Oregon State University.
