Candy flower (claytonia sibirica)

Candy flower (Claytonia sibirica, or Siberian miner’s-lettuce) is an annual/short-lived perennial in the purslane family. It can grow between 10-40 centimeters tall, and has basal leaves that three to thirty centimeters long. Blades are lance/egg-shaped, and are oppositely arranged without stalks. The flowers are small, pink to white, and stalked in clusters of multiples. They have five petals and two septals, and can be between six and twelve millimeters long
