We are Educational Foundations Majors at the University of Oregon who are passionate about education and all aspire to be elementary school teachers. 

Danni (Junior): “I enjoy working with young kids and inspiring them to have fun learning. I have lived in Oregon my whole life but I enjoy traveling. I have been to 6 different countries and plan to teach abroad after finishing school. I think it is important for kids to have access to technology and learn how technology works!”

Paige (Junior): “Along with being Educational Foundations major, I am also minoring in Spanish. I am passionate about education and believe that every child should have the access and the opportunity to receive and education. After completing grad school I hope to teach abroad in an American Institute or teach English in a Spanish speaking country.”

 

Morgan (Junior): “I was born in raised in Maryland. When I graduate from the U of O, I plan to attend grad school while starting my career as second grade teacher. I enjoy spending time with kids, and I strongly believe that motivating the youth can inspire them to follow their dreams, be individuals, and make a great impact on our society.”

 

Kasia (Junior): “I have always been extremely passionate about making change within the world. What better way to do so than to use my ability to teach and shape the little humans of the world? There are many approaches that influence my teaching, but as technology advances, I strive to keep my students up to date.”

 

Stephanie (Sophomore): “My passion to teach stems from my desire to combine ordinary and unique elements together in order to create projects that individually recognize students’ strengths and passions. I’m grateful for my educational experiences and I hope to give my students an education that leaves them empowered and connected to the world!”
