Here are some images of Sandy Hendy teaching a spin class at the YMCA. Henry gives back to the community by hosting this class, as well as being involved in other non profits for breast cancer research.
Sandy Hendy, 64, started teaching spin classes at the YMCA after she “downgraded from two to on,” as she refers to her mastectomy. Sandy teaches these classes to assist individuals with medical issues as a way to give back.

Sandy Hendy, 64, is in charge of these spin classes at the YMCA as a volunteer. The stationary bikes are great equipment that the YMCA allows the class to use.
Sandy Hendy, 64, is very welcoming to anyone who comes by the spin class. Here we see young Dalton who has slowly taken a liking to the participants of this class and final comes in to say high many times per week.
