FileZilla is a FOSS, cross-platform SFTP client, and we are using it as our standard 111 SFTP client.
Do Not Install Version 3.10
The current version of FileZilla (3.10) has a file permissions bug that is a show-stopper for CIS 111. FileZilla will fix this error in the next release. Until version 3.10 is fixed, install version 3.9, if you want to use FileZilla.
Install Version 3.9
Go to the FileZilla website and download the 3.9 installer for your operating system.
If you previously installed 3.10, remove it from your computer before installing 3.9.
