Exam Procedures

1. Place your UO PhotoID on your desk, and show it when you turn in your exam.
2. Do not write or make any marks on the test itself. Bring scratch-paper, instead.
3. Make sure you’ve marked your complete UO 95# on the Scantron form.
4. Mark 01 for the Test field if the front page of your test is White.
5. Mark 02 for the Test field if the front page of your test is Yellow.
6. Keep your answers covered with the Question Form at all times during the exam.
7. Turn in your Scantron when you are done, and show your UO Photo ID at that time.
