2do List

1. Put all devices away, including smart watches, phones, computers, and pens.
2. Do not write on the exam.
3. If you need to leave the room, do so before the exam.
4. Make sure you’ve marked your complete UO 95# on the Scantron form.

5. Mark 01 for the Test field if your exam says, Final Exam.01:
6. Mark 02 for the Test field if your exam says, Final Exam.02:
7. Keep your answers covered with the Question Form at all times during the exam.
8. Turn in your Scantron when you are done, and show your UO Photo ID at that time.
