My name is Brandon Tribble and I am currently majoring in Business at the University of Oregon. I plan on graduating this year with my Bachelors in Marketing. After graduation, I intend to get a job as a marketing coordinator in a fast growing technology company. I want to work with a marketing team to help create innovative marketing campaigns for their new products. I plan to seek an internship over summer break to gain some experience in the marketing industry and learn what it is that employers are looking for. I am hoping that this experience will given me an upper hand in obtaining a job after graduations.

Emotional Intelligence: This section will give you an in depth look into my current standings on an emotional level. Here I identify where my emotional strengths arise, as well as my weaknesses.
Collaboration: In this section I discuss some of my strengths and weaknesses as a team-player. I approach this by using examples from my previous collaboration with teams of the past, more particularly that of my CreativitO team.
Professional Comm: This section discusses my ability to effectively and persuasively present ideas through different methods.
Leadership Skills: Using the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership as a guide, I evaluate my effectiveness as a leader as well as give examples of situations in which I have applied leadership characteristics.
