Dan Schuler owns a small, organic farm named Moondog’s Farm located in the Mohawk Valley of Oregon. Schuler discusses the way that consumers have become disconnected from their food sources and therefore, have began to value the cheap, convenient food that industrialized agriculture provides. He believes that consumers should value organic, sustainably grown produce instead and support local farmers in order to combat the industrialized food system.
