Hello, my name is Brian Blackiston and welcome to my Eportfolio. Currently I am a junior here at the University of Oregon majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Sports Business.
Currently, I am working as a Property Assistant for IMG College for the athletic department at the University of Oregon. I have a strong passion for sports and I hope to break into the sporting industry once I graduate. After working with collegiate athletics through working in marketing last year and sponsorship this year, I want to eventually work as the Athletic Director of a major university in the United States. Collegiate athletics has always been a major passion of mine and for me; it would be a dream to manage an organization like that some day.
Through this last term, I have grown tremendously in my ability as a leader, honing multiple skills that are needed to not only succeed in the business world but also as a leader in society. This Eportfolio is a summary of how far I’ve grown this term and my abilities to make changes and improve on all aspects of leadership. My Eportfolio will be broken up into separate pages showing my growth in multiple facets.
