The sporadic issue with update notifications is now resolved.  Blackboard engineers sent the fix and it was applied this morning.  Thank you for your patience.

Please note that we are currently experiencing a sporadic issue where some users are not seeing their updates.  This issue appears to occur with only some accounts and we are actively working with Blackboard to isolate the issue and find a resolution.  In the interim, one workaround that may work for you is to log out and log back in.  We have reports that this has worked for some but not for others.  We will update the notice once we have a resolution.

Update: maintenance is now complete.

Please Note: Blackboard will experience a very short down time period ( less than 10 minutes ) starting at around 5:00am PST due to the need for unscheduled maintenance.

The CMET Consulting Office is closed the week of December 22^nd through 26^th, with online support via blackboard@ithelp.uoregon.edu December 22^nd and 23^rd.

The CMET Consulting Office is again open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. December 29^th through 31^st and January 2^nd, the office is closed January 1^st, 2015.
