The maintenance for 12/29/2014 is now complete. We are now running the October 2014 release of Blackboard.

There will be more maintenance from 5am PST until 7am PST for an upgrade to the database.

The CMET Consulting Office is closed the week of December 22^nd through 26^th, with online support via blackboard@ithelp.uoregon.edu December 22^nd and 23^rd.

The CMET Consulting Office is again open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. December 29^th through 31^st and January 2^nd, the office is closed January 1^st, 2015.

There will be two different maintenance periods over Winter Break where Blackboard will be unavailable. The first will be on Monday December 29 from 8am PST until no later than 4pm PST. During this time Blackboard will be upgraded to the October 2014 release. This is a maintenance release and there are no major user-visible changes to users.

The second maintenance time will be on Tuesday December 30 from 5am PST until 7am PST. During this time the database will be upgraded.

On Wednesday, 12/3/14, around 9:15PM, there was a broad service outage to a wide range of UO websites and services, including email, the UO homepage (www.uoregon.edu), Blackboard (blackboard.uoregon.edu), Banner, UO Drupal hosting, and others. Services were restored at approximately 10:15 pm on Wednesday, 12/3/14.
