7 New Ways to Eat Greek Yogurt

I chose to write about a blog I’ve been following for a few years now. I love learning about new nutritious recipes. I follow many health and fitness blogs. This article discusses fun ways to eat Greek yogurt, other than the normal granola and fruit. Greek yogurt has many health benefits and is a great meal to start off one’s day. The blog writer, Chriselle Lim, recently gave birth and therefore was forced to change her diet. While the blog post appears to be very simple, I not only find the minimalist format attractive, but also the uniqueness behind her recipes. The Greek yogurts are sweet but use fairly organic ingredients. It is almost like treating yourself, but in a healthy way. The health and fitness part of her blog is still new and there are only a few articles under the category, but I know Chriselle will continue to bring more unique recipes to the table.

Eating a nutritious, but broad, diet should be a priority to everyone. It encourages a healthy lifestyle and can make cooking and waking up in the morning something to look forward to.

  1. This is a great blog Emily! It is really neat that you have been following a certain blog for a few years. It makes me want to do it. I love eating healthy and staying fit, which you seem to be interested in as well. I love Greek yogurt, but it is definitely hard to eat plain because of the taste. I read the blog that you wrote about and I am excited to eat my Greek yogurt in a new and different way! I agree and think that eating healthy is extremely important but not everyone knows that. Some people are unaware what foods are healthy and unhealthy, which is concerning.
