Hi,  I’m glad to be putting up this blog post; it represents finishing the first half of my 2 term thesis studio.  Please click on the links to see the site development for the 92nd and Harold site that Jared Barak and I are doing together and also to see my development on designing the Lents Sustainable Food Center within this development.

This represented a big push in firming up the designs, especially of my building.  The most memorable critique that I’ll be using in the next iteration of the design is in developing the site design’s relationship to the various transportation paths, including its relationship to I-205.  I’ll also be looking at ways to extend the stated goals of the building’s design in show resource flows up to the site level.  I’ll also be looking at ways to more harmoniously join the different pieces of the building and to better articulate its environmental responses.
